Terms of use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
What this site is
MeditationBoot.Camp offers a paid membership (private community, a monthly live group sit and Q&A, the guided-session library) and the Meditation Boot Camp — a structured 21-day goal-directed meditation program delivered online. Using the site or buying a program means you agree to these terms.
Purchases and billing
Payments are processed by Creem, our payment partner and merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout. Memberships renew automatically (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Your access
Program materials are for your personal use — don't reshare, resell, or republish them. We can suspend access for abuse of the community or the materials; if we ever ended your access mid-term without cause on your side, we'd refund the unused portion.
Not therapy or medical advice
Nothing on this site is therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Meditation is a training practice, not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you're struggling, talk to a qualified professional first.
No guarantees
We describe what the programs include, not what your mind will do. Results depend on your circumstances and effort, and we make no promises about outcomes.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and course materials are the property of Creators Rodeo LLC and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the site or the programs is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
