Cancel anytime — use the link in any receipt email, or just email us. Your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, and billing stops there. We don't issue partial or prorated refunds for time already billed.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase — no forms, no exit interview. Email neil@creators.rodeo from the address you bought with and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post it after it's issued.

How to ask

Email neil@creators.rodeo from the address you purchased under. Receipts come from Creem, our payment partner — forwarding yours speeds things up, but isn't required.
